JOB DESCRIPTION: Firm seeks Marketer/COO who will provide leadership, business management and vision to drive the growth of the business. Candidate will spearhead the Marketing effort and potentially segue into managing the alternative investment platform.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST HAVE 10+ years of investment experience, successfully developing relationships and raising assets.
- MUST HAVE proven experience building and managing businesses.
- MUST HAVE ability to think strategically and develop long-range direct business plans.
- MUST HAVE direct experience in an alternative investments platform, including hedge funds, fund of funds, or bank platforms with a meaningful hedge fund effort.
- MUST HAVE exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- MUST BE intellectually curious, creative and a broad-based thinker.
