JOB DESCRIPTION: Firm seeks Hedge Fund Attorney. This person’s main responsibilities will be part of the Legal group and will handle transactional and related matters for the hedge fund.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST HAVE experience at a hedge fund AND within a law firm hedge fund practice.
- MUST HAVE strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- MUST BE extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
